- How to sign up for a Shipeedy account?

To get started, use the “Sign up” button at the top right of the page. You can also use your Google or LinkedIn accounts to sign up.

- I have not received an activation e-mail. What should I do?

An automatic verification e-mail will be sent to you after successfully signing up. Do not forget to check your spam folder first. If you do not still get this e-mail, please contact our Shipeedy Operation Center via info@shipeedy.com e-mail address or our webchat application.

- Can I inquire about prices without signing up?

You need to sign up to inquire price or to get a quote.

- What payment options does Shipeedy offer?

You can check out via credit card, wire transfer, or EFT.

- When I get my invoice?

Upon completion of the operation, your invoice will be sent to your e-mail. The invoice will cover your payment and extra fees.

- I checked out with the wrong card. Can I change my card?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your card numbers once your payment is processed.

- I was charged wrong. What do you suggest?

- I cannot check out via my credit card.

- Are transactions in your platform safe?

We partner with PayTR, which secured and licensed payment processing infrastructure. Besides, we charge your cards after your approval in the 3D Secure system.

- My credit card was charged, but I can see my transaction under “My Booking” screen. Why?

- Although I provided all details, I could not view the prices. What should I do?

If our system does not provide pricing information based on your request, please fill the "Request A Quote Form” for the services that you need (sea, air, rail freight, or special transportation services). Our experts will contact you as shortest as possible with price offering so that you can proceed with check out for your loads to begin the journey.

- What should I do for my first delivery?

After you successfully check out, our expert operation team will elaborately inform you about the procedures and required preparations.

- How can I track my booking?

You can track your booking by clicking the “Track your load” tab” on the top of the website.

- Which options do you provide for checking out?

You can check out via credit card, wire transfer, or EFT.

- Can I change my shipping date or route?

Please send your requests to info@shipeedy.com. Shipeedy Operation Center will give you feedback as soon as possible.

- Can I make a booking via mobile devices?

Our platform is “Web Responsive”. You can track all transactions and make bookings with a mobile device via “Safari”, “Google Chrome” or a different browser.

- Is it possible to book before checking out?

Your booking request is well received without checking out, but you must progress with the payment for your request processed as an operation.

- Do you have some services for the special deliveries?

You can get a quote for your special deliveries by filling the “Request Quote Form” under the “Special Services” page in the “Services” tab at the top of the website. Our Shipeedy Operation Center will contact you as soon as possible.

- I want to request a quote, but I will not send any load for now. Is it possible?

Yes, of course. You need to proceed with checking out to begin loading operations. Therefore, if you do not check out between the given time windows, our system automatically cancels the quote.

- How can I edit my request?

You can find your requests in your profile, under the “Requests” tab. By clicking “Copy the offer” button in the details of the related offer, you can edit your request or create a new one. For other changes, please send contact us via info@shipeedy.com. Our Shipeedy Operation Center will give you feedback as soon as possible.
