Who Bears the Port Expenses in Seaway LCL Shipping?

It is an abbreviation for Cubic Meters. That is, CBM is used to refer to the cubic meter calculation. In the logistics sector, volumetric data for containers are obtained from the CBM measurement. CBM volume is calculated by multiplying the width, length, height, denominated in centimeters, of the packaging (package, pallet, etc.) with number of packages. Example CBM Calculation: Width 100 cm x Length: 120 cm x Height: 100 cm = 1.2 m3 (1.2 CBM)

You must be a member of the system to make a price inquiry or to make a transaction via the price request form.

If there is no ready price information in our system based on your request, then you will be provided with a "Price Request Form". When you fill in the relevant information on the form, you will be provided with a price quote for further actions.

If I Make a Price Inquiry, Do I Have to Proceed With the Shipment?
No. In order to ship your products, you must first confirm your price inquiry. Then you need to confirm the vessel schedule and reservation with the operation representative who will be directed to you by Shipeedy Operation Center.
Where Can I See the Price Inquiry Related to My Request?
Our offers regarding your requests will be sent to your e-mail address registered on our website. You can also monitor the details of your inquiry on My Account >My Requests page.
I Do Not Have a Company. Can I Use Shipeedy.com for Individual Shipment Procedures?
Shipeedy.com organizes shipments between corporate or private companies. No service is provided for individual requests.
Can I Change the Shipping Date or Route?
You can send your related requests to our e-mail address info@shipeedy.com. The Shipeedy Operation Center will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I Make a Reservation Without Making a Payment?
You can request to make a reservation without making a payment. No charges will be incurred unless you have given vessel/reservation confirmation to your operations representative. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be notified and invoiced for the costs that may be incurred in your cancellation requests.
What Should I Do for the First Shipment?
Our experienced operations staff will contact you for your successfully paid shipment request and inform you every step of the way about all the preparations you need to make.
How Can I Track My Load?
You can track your load via the "Load Tracking" tab from the menu at the top of the webpage.
I Lost my Container Number, How Can I Acquire It?
You can view your container number in My Account>Reservations page.
When Will I Receive My Invoice?
Unless otherwise stated, your invoice is generated based on the total service fee notified to you based on the departure of the vessel in export transactions and the arrival of the vessel in import transactions. In case of extra costs during/after the operation, relevant amounts will be notified to you separately. You can view your invoices in My Account >Reservations.
I Want to Cancel My Reservation. What Should I Do?
You can e-mail your cancellation request regarding your reservation to Shipeedy Operation Center and your Shipeedy representative. Our representatives will check the costs that may have occurred regarding the process and notify you.
Which Payment Options Are Available?
You can make your payments by credit card, wire transfer and EFT.
I Would Like to Pay by Money Order / EFT. Where can I access your account information?
After your invoice is created, select money order/EFT as payment method on My Account > Reservations page to view all our account information and payment terms.
